Trevean is situated in the middle of St. Mary’s. 1 minute from the beach and all the main shops at hand. 5 mins from the off island boats. The house sleeps 8 people and is on three floors. The living accommodation is on the top floor and is open plan and airy with views over the harbour. There are two twin bedded rooms on the ground floor and two separate shower rooms. The utility room with washing machine and tumble drier is situated on this level and opens out on to a small yard. The first floor has a twin bedded room and a 5′ double bedded room together with a bathroom and separate WC. All bedrooms have vanity unit and fitted double wardrobes. It is an ideal property for an extended family holiday and being so central to the amenities makes for ease of shopping, eating out and just enjoying the beaches.

Access to the island is by small plane from Lands End, Exeter, Southampton and Newquay airports and the boat from Penzance. All the airport arrivals are met by mini buses which will take you and your luggage to your holiday home. Collection for your return journey can also be arranged at this time. When travelling by boat provided your luggage is labelled it will automatically be taken to your holiday destination. Our house is about 5 mins walk from the quay where the boat docks and can be found in the middle of town opposite the paper shop and down the alley next to the steamship company office. Return luggage can be collected by the Island Carriers and taken to the boat for you on the morning of your departure.
When making your final payment I will give you the telephone number of my property manager who will arrange to meet you on your arrival and show you over the property, answer any questions you may have and give you any information to make your stay enjoyable.
There are no handrails or ramp to the front door. There is one step and the door is standard front door opening into the tiled hallway. There are two bedrooms on this level which are carpeted and standard width doors.
Hallway is narrow and tiled leading to the two shower rooms (which have no safety fittings or hand rails) not suitable for wheelchair users. The passageway continues on to the Utility room containing the washing machine and tumble drier.
Hall stairs and landings are well lit with spot lighting. Stairs are carpeted with short pile carpet.
There are about 14 steps to a small turn landing which off to the right is situated the bathroom and separate toilet. Going off to the left and up 4 steps you come on to the landing which has two bedrooms (standard size doors) following on up another flight of stairs approx. 10 there is a turn on the stairs and another short flight approx. 6 steps to the open plan kitchen/diner and lounge.
This is a spacious carpeted area with two settees and 3 single chairs.
